Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup bacon bits (use the real kind)
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 pita pockets

Directions

    Combine lettuce, tomato cheese and bacon.

    Separately combine mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper; spoon over lettuce mixture and toss to coat.

    Spoon about 3/4 c into each pita pocket (try them warmed).
