- 1 c. diced green peppers
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk or 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in large skillet. Add tomatoes, buttermilk, macaroni

4Stir and cover. Use high heat until steaming.
