  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Butter (2 Sticks)
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

    To make the cake, blend together the eggs, butter, condensed milk, pecans, and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan, or bread pan. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.

    Mix together the topping ingredients and spread on top of the cooled cake.
