- 1 can whole kernel or creamed corn
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 pepper (hot)
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.

2Grease iron skillet.

3Pour half the mixture into skillet.

4Sprinkle cheese over mixture, then pour the remaining half over cheese.

5Bake in oven at 325° until done.
