- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1 pkg. dry chili mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain off grease.

2Add tomato sauce, chili mix and corn.

3Cook for approximately 5 minutes on medium heat.

4In a pie plate press together the biscuits to form the piecrust.

5Take half of the package of Mozzarella cheese and spread over the bottom layer of piecrust.

6Add meat mixture and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.

8Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
