  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Old El Paso Mexibeans
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and drain.

    Add beans and 1/2 cup cheese.

    Stir until melted.

    Meanwhile, heat oven to 375°. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and arrange in ungreased 9-inch pie pan.

    Press dough pieces together to seal.

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Spoon the meat mixture into prepared crust.

    Top with lettuce, tomato, remaining cheese and sour cream (sour cream amount can vary).
