  • 1 pkg. (large) burrito shells
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. cheese, shredded (Mexican works best)
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • jalapenos or chilies to taste
  • 1 small (2 oz.) can black chopped olives (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together by hand or with mixer.

    Fill burrito shells; roll.

    Do not fold ends inside.

    Wrap in Saran Wrap.

    Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.

    Cut into 1/2-inch sections and serve.
