  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

    Slice beef into long, thin strips.

    Mix ingredients together and marinade meat overnight.

    Cover meat and bake for 1 hour at 350°, stirring every 15 minutes.
