- 10 flour tortilla shells
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cans kidney beans (16 oz. can)
- 1/2 c. reserved juice (from beans)
- 2 c. taco sauce (mild)
- 2 c. corn, drained
- 2 c. Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Directions

1Oil shells lightly.

2Put into 375° oven until crisp.

3Layer in single layer on 2 cookie sheets.

4Mash beans.

5Put in hot skillet with 1 tablespoon oil and reserved juice.

6Fry until juice is absorbed (3 to 5minutes).

7Layer while hot onto shells.

8Spread with taco sauce.

9Sprinkle on corn and cheese.

10Broil 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
