  • 1 teaspoon orange rind (grated)
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise, orange rind, orange juice, icing sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Whip whipping cream til stiff.

    Fold into mayonnaise mixture.
