  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • Monterey Jack and Colby cheese, grated

Directions

    Spread dough onto large jelly roll pan.

    Spread oil evenly over dough; sprinkle with corn meal.

    Brown ground meat with chopped onion; drain well.

    Add the refried beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.

    Mix.

    Spread meat mixture over dough.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375°, or until crust browns.
