- 4 potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. taco sauce
- sour cream (set aside)
- guacamole (set aside)
Directions

1Bake potatoes.

2Cut into halves and scoop out insides.

3Brush with butter and broil.

4Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and onion. Broil 3 to 4-inches from heat for 8 minutes until edges are crispy. Remove and top with the rest of ingredinets.

5Broil until cheese melts.

6Top with sour cream and guacamole sauces.
