  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 pkg. (tube) saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 (13 oz.) jar pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped (use 1/2 jar or to taste)

Directions
