- 4 c. cooked rice
- chicken broth
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for the water.

2Mix cooked rice with sour cream. Preheat oven to 350°.

3Put half of rice mixture in greased 2-quart baking dish.

4Layer half the chilies and half the cheese.

5Repeat layers.

6Bake for 30 minutes.
