- 1 small onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. powdered cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- sprigs of cilantro (optional)
- 1/3 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Fry rice in oil until brown.

3Add other spices and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
