  • 1 c. instant rice
  • 1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can green chili peppers, sliced in ribbons and drained
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Cook rice as directed.

    Put in casserole.

    Blend 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, peppers and sour cream.

    Put remaining cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until thick.
