Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 fresh green chilies, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped (with juice)
  • oregano and salt to taste
  • 2 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Simmer broth, chilies and onions for 10 minutes; add tomatoes and condiments and simmer down.

    Add rice; stand 5 minutes and serve.
