Mexican Rice Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cold rice
  • 1 can chili
  • 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except cheese.

    Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 450° for 30 minutes.

    Put on lower temperature if necessary to keep from burning.
