Mexican Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 c. commercial sour cream
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
  • 1/4 c. chopped green olives
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • chopped jalapeno peppers to taste (optional)

Directions

    Blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients (except for tortillas) and mix well.

    If tortillas are not flexible enough to roll easily, wrap in foil and warm in a 350° oven for 5 minutes.

    Spread cheese mixture on tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a glass dish.

    Chill for several hours until firm.

    Slice into 1/2-inch sections and serve.
