Mexican Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • flour tortillas (big burrito size)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
  • 1/4 c. chopped green olives
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • chopped jalapeno peppers to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients above together, keeping them finely chopped so it is easier to spread.

    Spread on flour tortillas. Roll them up and chill them in the refrigerator a few hours. Slice right before serving in bite-size pieces.

    Makes approximately 50 to 60 roll-ups.
