- 1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. raw rice, cooked
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning
Directions

1In large shallow baking pan, put 1 layer corn chips (not too thick, as it dries out), 1 layer rice and 1 layer hamburger mixture (hamburger, onion, tomato sauce and chili seasoning).

2Sprinkle with grated cheese (Cheddar).

3Put in oven to melt cheese.

4On top, put 1 layer shredded lettuce and 1 layer cherry tomatoes (or cut up whole tomatoes).
