  • 3 can Whole canned tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Add the canned tomatoes to a blender and blend.

    Then add the mixture to a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add the thinly-sliced garlic and olive oil to a frying pan and stir-fry without allowing it to burn.

    Add the garlic and oil to the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Pour the mixture into a jar that has been cleaned with boiling water and store in the refrigerator.

    Or store it in the freezer in a Ziploc bag.
