Mexican Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 packages Jumbo shells
  • 1 lb Chorizo sausage
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 3 clove Minced garlic optional
  • 1 can 16oz black beans rinsed
  • 1 packages Your favorite Mexican cheese
  • 16 oz your favorite Mexican cooking sauce ( I use Herdez brand)
  • 1 can 16oz tomatoes w green chile

Directions

    Cook pasta as directed

    Cook onion and garlic add chorizo cook until done drain any grease ( pat dry if want)

    Add black beans cook for about 2 min
  4. 4
    Add about 1/4 or 1/2 cup of cheese
  5. 5
    Put a layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking dish

    Stuff shells with meat mixture
  7. 7
    Spoon tomatoes over top of shells along with rest of sauce.

    Add rest of cheese on top
  9. 9
    Bake 350 until cheese is melted
