- 1 small onion
- celery to taste (1 to 3 pieces)
- 5 to 10 strips bacon
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- chili powder to taste (1 to 3 tsp.)
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. tomatoes
- small can baby peas
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- small bag frozen or fresh shrimp
Directions

1In large skillet cook together onion, celery and bacon until bacon is cooked.

2Add flour and chili powder; mix well.

3Slowly pour in water, cook about 15 minutes.

4Add tomatoes, peas and sugar, cook 15 minutes.

5Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is warmed through.

6Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
