- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 diced onion
- 1 12 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon (powder)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup penne pasta (or other macaroni)
Directions

1* Fry hamburger in large pot, drain off fat.

2* Add celery and onion, cook over medium/low heat until tender.

3* Add corn and seasonings, cook 10 minutes.

4* Add salsa and water, heat to a boil.

5* Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

6* Stir in penne, cook until tender.

7* Ladle into soup bowl and top with shredded cheese.
