Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas (frozen)
  • 2 cans El Paso Mexi beans
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of chili powder
  • 1 lb. American cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can El Paso tomatoes and green chilies

Directions

    Brown ground beef with salt, pepper and chili powder.

    Put 6 tortillas in bottom of pan.

    Spread ground beef over this.

    Add El Paso Mexi beans and spread sliced or grated cheese over the beans. Add other 6 tortillas.

    Mix together chicken soup and the can of tomatoes and green chilies and spread over the tortillas.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
