- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas (frozen)
- 2 cans El Paso Mexi beans
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of chili powder
- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can El Paso tomatoes and green chilies
Directions

1Brown ground beef with salt, pepper and chili powder.

2Put 6 tortillas in bottom of pan.

3Spread ground beef over this.

4Add El Paso Mexi beans and spread sliced or grated cheese over the beans. Add other 6 tortillas.

5Mix together chicken soup and the can of tomatoes and green chilies and spread over the tortillas.

6Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
