- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. taco or enchilada mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can chili beef soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 pkg. (8) flour tortillas
- 1 pkg. Cheddar or sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat and onions; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat.

5Stir frequently. Layer in baking dish (9 x 13-inch), alternate tortillas with meat sauce.

6End with meat sauce on top, about 3 layers.

7Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

8Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.

9Return to oven until cheese is melted.
