- 4 steaks (4 to 5 oz. each)
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle dark beer
- 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Puncture both sides of steak.

2Put in shallow casserole. Combine beer, red pepper, garlic, cumin and chili powder to form a marinade.

3Pour over beef.

4Marinate for 1 to 2 hours or longer. Remove from marinade; place on rack of broiler pan.

5Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.

6Broil to desired doneness. Time will depend on thickness of steaks.
