- 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can water
Directions

1Brown stew meat in a little oil and simmer in its own juice while chopping onion and bell pepper.

2Add them to meat, along with chiles, tomatoes, water and garlic salt to taste.

3Simmer 2 1/2 hours.

4Serve on flour tortillas.
