- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 lb. bag Fritos
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
Directions

1Blend onion sauteed in margarine with soups and tomatoes as it heats.

2Add deboned chicken (cut into chunks) and Fritos.

3Stir until mixture is blended with chips.

4Pour in baking dish and top with cheese.

5Heat 20 minutes at 350° or until cheese bubbles. Freezes well, omitting cheese.
