  • 2 cup white rice
  • 2 cup hot water
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can Rotel seasoned diced tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

    Brown rice using vegetable oil

    Add water and chicken broth, bring to a boil

    Add tomatoes and turn down heat to low

    Cover and simmer until rice is to your liking and most of the liquid is gone.
