- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 16 oz. tub sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- onions to taste
- seasoned salt and pepper to taste
- 6 pieces bread
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix together potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.

2Toast 6 pieces of bread.

3Tear bread into pieces and mix with melted margarine.

4Put potato mixture in 8 x 12-inch Pyrex glass dish, then top with bread pieces.

5Spray pan with Pam before adding potatoes.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
