  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. finely ground nuts
  • powdered sugar

    Sift and measure flour.

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add flour, vanilla and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Form into small balls.

    Bake at 400° on lightly greased cookie sheet 10 minutes (light brown). Cool 3 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar.
