- 1 lb. pkg. vermicelli pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with chilies
Directions

1Break pasta into 1-inch pieces and boil in salted water just until tender.

2Brown ground beef in skillet.

3When vermicelli is done, pour off all except 1/4 of the water.

4Stir in the browned meat and add the tomatoes.

5Heat through and serve.
