- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 7 oz. walnuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix together eggs, sugar, pineapple and vanilla. Sift flour and soda. Add to egg mixture; mix well. Add nuts.

2Place batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with frosting.
