  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 7 oz. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix together eggs, sugar, pineapple and vanilla. Sift flour and soda. Add to egg mixture; mix well. Add nuts.

    Place batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with frosting.
