  • 11 sq. graham crackers
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder, sugar and vanilla.

    Beat again.

    Fold in pecans and graham crackers. Butter a 9-inch pie plate and pour mixture in.

    Bake at 300° for 35 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

    Cool.

    Top with a medium tub Cool Whip and chopped pecans.

    Refrigerate.
