  • 10 slices cheap white bread
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and (cooled) melted butter in large bowl.

    Cut bread slices into 1-inch cubes.

    Mix bread cubes and drained pineapple into egg mixture, then pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or until it starts to brown.
