- 2 1/2 tsp. flour
- 3/4 c. cooking wine
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tsp. catsup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.

2Heat in microwave oven on Full power for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted.

3Coat liver in flour.

4Arrange in melted butter.

5Cook in microwave oven on Full power for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until livers are no longer pink.
