- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 healthy pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

2Place lowfat milk in 2 c. glass measure and heat on High for 2-2 1/2 min or possibly till warm.

4Stir sugar and salt into Large eggs.

5Blend well, gradually stir in warm lowfat milk and vanilla, stir constantly.

6Pour mix into 4 (6 oz) custard c. or possibly small dishes.

7Arrange custard c. in a circle in microwave.

9Cook on High for 2 1/2 min, then rearrange custard c. and continue to cook on High for 2 min or possibly till custards are set but still quivery.

10Cold at room temperature.

11Chill, if you like.
