- zucchini, washed and sliced
- large slices of mushrooms
- onion slices
- red peppers, narrow strips
- green peppers, narrow strips
- 1 pkg. dry onion mix
Directions

1Arrange veggies on microwaveproof platter in rings.

2Lay pepper strips on top in a circle.

3Place mushrooms and onions over top.

4Sprinkle onion mix evenly over all.

5Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for about 8 minutes or until done.

6Do not add water.
