  • broccoli, cut into flowerettes
  • zucchini, washed and sliced
  • large slices of mushrooms
  • onion slices
  • red peppers, narrow strips
  • green peppers, narrow strips
  • 1 pkg. dry onion mix

Directions

    Arrange veggies on microwaveproof platter in rings.

    Lay pepper strips on top in a circle.

    Place mushrooms and onions over top.

    Sprinkle onion mix evenly over all.

    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for about 8 minutes or until done.

    Do not add water.

    Serve from same dish.
