Microwave Basic Granola

- 4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar (can Add 1/4 Cup More If You Like It Sweet)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1In large bowl microwave oats for 1 minute then stir, microwave an additional minute.

2In separate bowl, mix together oil, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon (will be thick).

3Add mixture to oats, stir well.

4Microwave for 1 minute and stir (mixture still a little gloppy).

5Microwave 1 minute and stir (should be mixed well now).

6Follow above step 2 more times for a total of 6 minutes in the microwave.

7Spread out on a greased cookie sheet to cool.

8Can add other ingredients such as coconut, nuts, raisins, the options are endless.
