- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. light Karo corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 qt. popped popcorn
Directions

1Spray inside of brown grocery bag with Pam.

2Pour popcorn in bag.

3In a 2-quart casserole, melt margarine.

4Add corn syrup, salt and brown sugar.

5Cook at High power; boil for 2 minutes.

6Add baking soda; stir until foamy.

7Pour mixture over popcorn in bag. Cook bag on High for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.

8Cook 1 1/2 minutes longer; stir.

9Cook another 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes.

10Spread over cookie sheet to cool.

11Store in ziploc plastic bag.
