Microwave Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. white syrup
  • 1 to 2 qt. popped corn
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. soda

Directions

    Combine all but the soda and corn.

    Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.

    Remove and stir in soda.

    Put the popped corn into a brown paper bag.

    Pour the syrup over the corn and shake. Microwave in bag for 1 minute.

    Shake and pour into a pan to cool.
