- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 qt. popped corn
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Spray 1 large bowl or brown paper bag with Pam.

2Place the sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in a glass bowl; microwave on High until boiling, then cook for another 2 minutes.

3Add baking soda; stir well (mixture will become foamy).

4Place popped corn in bowl or bag; pour syrup mixture over corn.

5Stir well with wooden spoon sprayed with Pam.

6Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High; stir.

7Repeat.

8Microwave for 30 seconds on High; stir.

9Pour out on cookie sheet.

10Spread out and allow to cool.
