- 1 pkg. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with foil.

2Sift together sugar and cocoa into a 2-quart baking dish.

3Add milk and butter; do not stir.

4Place in microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter just melts.

5Add vanilla.

6Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

7Turn fudge into aluminum foil lined pan.

8Smooth top.

9Place in freezer for 10 minutes to set.

10Cut into 1-inch squares.
