Microwave Divinity

Directions

   Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, in a large Pyrex glass bowl and microwave 20 minutes.

   While syrup mixture is cooking beat egg whites.

   When syrup is ready, pour slowly, while beating, over egg whites.

   Beat until starting to set up.

   Add vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on tinfoil or waxed paper.
