  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together sugar, water, corn syrup and salt in 2-quart casserole.

    Loosely cover with a lid or plastic wrap.

    Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes or until boiling.

    Uncover and microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes.
