Microwave Peach Pie

  • 2 frozen pie crusts, Wicks
  • 12-14 (6 c.) peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. instant Clear Jel or 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    While peeling and slicing peaches, put one crust in a 9 inch microwavable pie plate and the other one on wax paper to thaw. Prick holes in pie crust in pan with a fork and microwave on 70% power for 7 minutes.

    Cut remaining pie crust into strips to place crisscrossed on pie.
