Ingredients

  • 20 slices miniature party rye rounds (toasted)
  • 14 cup thousand island dressing
  • 14 lb cooked corned beef (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, washed and drained
  • 12 cup swiss cheese (shredded)

Directions

    Spread small amount of thousand island dressing on 10 slices of bread.
  2. 2
    Put corned beef, sauerkraut and then Swiss cheese on each slice.
  3. 3
    Top with another slice of bread.
  4. 4
    Place on a microwave-safe plate on top of paper towels.
  5. 5
    Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or till cheese melts.
  6. 6
    Serve while warm.
