- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) jar picante or mild salsa (use hot or medium, if desired)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 sliced scallions (include some of green tops)
- Doritos or corn chips for dipping
Directions

1Place softened cream cheese in quiche dish or glass pie plate. Spread evenly over bottom of dish.

2Top with salsa and Jack cheese evenly.

3Sprinkle scallions on top.

4Cover with plastic wrap.

5Vent and microwave on High for 5 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once.
